TraderWTF - User Agreement & Privacy Policy

1 Account

All individuals using the TraderWTF platform services are regarded as "TraderWTF Platform Users."

The Platform does not require user registration or maintain a real-name account system.

⚠️ Important Notice

Before using the Platform's services, please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any future modifications), please cease using all services provided by TraderWTF immediately.

By using TraderWTF services, you are deemed to have understood and fully agreed to all terms of this Agreement and any amendments thereto.

2 Service Content and Fees

The TraderWTF platform provides users with services to create and use AI avatars (Detrader), intended to assist users in utilizing AI-related products.

The Platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform is not responsible for any issues related to user communication or personalized settings.

TraderWTF reserves the right to suspend or terminate part or all of the services without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other purposes.

Users are responsible for their own internet access fees and device configuration (such as computers, mobile devices, modems, etc.).

3 User Conduct

When using TraderWTF services, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:

Uploading, publishing, or disseminating content that opposes constitutional principles, endangers national security, or undermines social stability
Distributing obscene, pornographic, violent, terrorist, or criminal-inciting content
Insulting, defaming others, or infringing upon the legal rights and interests of others
Unauthorized access, modification, or deletion of computer network data
Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or violating national religious policies
Reverse engineering, cracking, attacking, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform in any manner

⚠️ Violation Handling

If users violate the above provisions, TraderWTF reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting content, suspending, or terminating services.

4 Transactions with Advertisers and Third Parties

Any transactions between users and advertisers or third parties on the Platform (including payments, deliveries, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the user and the relevant party.

TraderWTF assumes no liability for any losses or damages arising from such transactions.

5 Exclusive Rights of TraderWTF Platform Users

Users have the right to:

Consult customer service regarding any issues encountered while using TraderWTF services
Provide opinions or suggestions for the development of TraderWTF
Report any illegal, false, or inappropriate content found on TraderWTF

6 Exclusive Rights of the TraderWTF Platform

To better serve users, TraderWTF has the right to:

Classify and grade users, providing differentiated permissions
Analyze and commercially use user data without disclosing user privacy
Recommend public projects or services to users

📋 Intellectual Property Protection

All content of the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, charts, logos, interface designs, program codes, etc., are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and regulations.

Without written permission from the Platform, users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any content of the Platform.
